In this application, products from another process are reintroduced to the production line.

A Universal Robot UR5 mounted onto a movable trolley is wheeled into position.

Trays of product are loaded onto the trolley then the robot proceeds to place them onto the in-feed conveyor at a consistent line rate of 60 cards per minute.

No fixed guarding and safe operator access are necessary. The robot and the operator can safely work collaboratively within the same work space. The operator can change the trays without stopping the robot.
