This palletiser is capable of palletising to a height of almost 3m. It also includes an over arm stretch wrapper.

The conveyor moves individual bundles into pairs where they are picked up by an ABB robot and placed in a squaring jig.

The squared bundles are then re-griped and placed on the pallet in pairs.

The pallet conveyor system features air-bag lifted transfer sections to transfer pallets from the roller conveyor of the cross feed chain conveyor of the palletising stations.
