Croissant Packing
When your production volumes are high you need automation that can match your output.
This automation cell:
- Takes packets of croissants directly from the bakery line at production output speed
- Erects a box
- Packs the trays into shippers in layers of 4
- Palletises the shippers with slip sheet on pallet
- Shrink- wraps with corner posts ready for dispatch.
All at a rate of 260 packets per minute (approx. 4 per second)
Automation of corner posting is always a challenge but this custom built example offers a unique reliable solution.
